Prices Include: UK Flights  | Transfers | Accommodation Chalets Amethyste 2 is contained within one larger chalet in la Tania, Amethyste 1 & 2 share the same entrance and ski deposit but are otherwise quite separate ski chalets. There is the flexibility to use both chalets to accommodate a larger ski group of 20 guests wanting a catered ski chalet in la Tania. The two separate lounges allow for differing requirements within the group: some may wish to have a quieter time or to watch a DVD.
Chalet Amethyste 2 has a comfortable lounge with a centrally positioned fireplace and plenty of seating. The lounge leads through to the open plan dining room and beyond to the South and West facing sun terrace. All the bedrooms in chalet Amethyste, many with balconies, have full en-suite facilities.
Chalet Amethyste is situated in an excellent position, up two flights of stairs from the lane that leads around the chalets in la Tania. The ski resort of la Tania is just over 5 minutes away by foot and you can ski from 150m away. |

Catering: | ::back to top | | Breakfast, afternoon tea and 3-course evening meal with wine for 6 days (self-serve breakfast for the chalet staff's day off).
For breakfast you can eat as much or as little as you like. Choose from fruit juice, cereals, muesli, fresh French bread with butter and preserves, as well as cooked eggs, porridge or one of the hot options and of course tea or coffee.
For afternoon tea, the most informal meal of the day, help yourself to home made cake or scones and biscuits, either eaten at the table or relaxing.
The evening meal is a dinner party style meal for adults and older children and is served at 8pm. For children aged 11 and under, high tea is served at 6pm, with child-friendly food. If you are travelling with children 12 years and older who require high tea, this must be requested prior to departure. If you are booking the whole chalet then you may all eat at the same time regardless of the age of the children.
Please mention any allergies or dietary requirements at time of booking and we will do our best to organise suitable catering for you. French supermarkets do not have the same range as British supermarkets, therefore if you have very strict dietary needs, it is helpful if you can bring a few items (e.g. gluten free cakes/biscuits for afternoon tea!) |
